Ambius – National Customer Website
The Ambius – National Customer Website (Portal) is designed to provide National Accounts Customers with access to their company’s Inventory and eService Reports.
To log in to the Portal, enter your username and password.
Should you have forgotten your password, please enter your username and click ‘Forgot your password’ and we will email your password information to the email address on file for you account.
Once logged in, you can select from the menu at the top of the screen.
Home: Home Page
eService Reports: Your company’s eService Reports (Proof of Service Reports)
Inventory: A list of inventory for your company’s locations
Site Log: A list of Portal activities for your account
User Admin: Ability to edit your profile or add users to your company’s Portal (provided that you have the correct security)
Logout: Will end your session and log you out of the Portal
You can download any of your company’s eService Reports. If you are looking for a specific location, city, etc, just type what you are looking for in the Search Box.
To view an eService Report, simply click on the line you are interested in viewing.
The inventory section will display your company’s various locations that are being serviced. You can export all of your company’s plant information by using the Export button at the top of the list.
To view the inventory for a specific location, simply click on that location.
Once you have clicked into a specific location, you will see that location’s inventory. You can also export just that location’s inventory by using the Export button.
The Site Log section will show activities on the Portal related to your company.
This section will allow you to update your profile (email address, password) and (provided that you have the proper security role) create new users for your company’s Portal.
